Logiweb is available under GNU GPL.
Logiweb comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
Installation
- Ensure your computer is a 64 bit (x86_64) machine.
- Ensure your computer has enough RAM. 2GB is sufficient. Less might do.
- Ensure your computer is booted up in a Linux which supports Rpm Package Management.
- In a web browser, click
logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.x86_64.rpm.
- If your browser suggests to install the rpm, accept that offer and skip to the tutorial. Else proceed thus:
- Store logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.x86_64.rpm to disk
- cd to the directory containing the stored
logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.x86_64.rpm
- Ignoring errors about gvfs (if any) do the following:
- > su
- > rpm -i logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.x86_64.rpm
- > exit
- > which lgc # to see that lgc is installed.
- Do the tutorial.
- Have fun
Uninstallation
Use 'rpm -e logiweb' or use your favorite package management tool to uninstall the logiweb package
Source RPM
The Logiweb source RPM is named logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.src.rpm. You can install it thus:
- > su
- > rpm -ivv logiweb-0.2.8-11.fc11.src.rpm
- > exit
